What is the meaning of " and = in nacbracs

As usual, Stick, you are spot on.

I would only add that = (equals) is also used to identify evaluations made by XG Roller.

In my 5k money rollout of 61P-63R-63, for instance, I used 3-ply for evaluating moves, and XG Roller for evaluating cube decisions. The nacbracs for the rollout are:

[H X47.0] "<=5

Symbol Meaning
" XG version 2
< 3-ply moves
= XG Roller cubes
5 between 5000 and 5999 games were rolled out

Plus (+) indicate XG Roller+.
Ampersand (&) indicates XG Roller++.

In some older nacbracs, you will see ++ as a stand-in for XG Roller++.
