Structural polarity in its broader context; to divide, forces white into a positional contest when blue hits. Since neither side knows exactly what the future will bring, it is important to maintain a super-fluid structure where all 15 checkers are engaged. As early as this game is white already has two checkers out of play on the "lowly 2pt" (BG Openings). Let the games begin!
