I don't think this is the earliest. I won't attempt the Nactation really but I open with a 21 playing 5, 4. Opp. responds with 44 playing 2(4). I roll 43 playing 3, 2. Opponent rolls 66 playing 7, 2(3). Double/Pass. Can't believe you guys don't know your early game reference positions.
