Earliest "too good," no board or score restriction

If your score is –2–p (needs 2, needs 1, post-Crawford) and the opponent opens with 65J (as shown below), I believe you're too good to double.

65J-C at –2-p


If the score is –4–2 instead, I think you're only good enough to cash. (I tried playing on once, and it backfired.)
