I make anchor and lift that blot from 10pt. 23/22 10/8.

Making bar point is tempting but at first it is not safe. Leave us outboarded ahead in the match with cube on 2 without anchor. Also there is 54 53 indirect shots. After making barpt we have only two builders for 5pt but after anchor making play we have three builders for 5pt which is more important than barpt here.
