Interesting position -- 3 different options: (1) hit loose on the ace, (2) run off the anchor, (3) play safe.

(2) I don't like running off the anchor b/c we can do so with only 1 checker, leaving the other vunerable. (3) Playing safe doesn't solve our problems, just leaves them for later, and it stacks our 3 point. (1) Hitting loose makes sense since we have a better board, White has a blot in his, and we have an anchor. I'll go with that, 6/1*. Now what to do with the 3? 8/5 stacks our 5 and strips our 8. 6/3 strips our 6. 5/2 seems too loose. I'll go with 6/3.

6/1* 6/3. (I've been looking at this position for over 5 minutes now. Who knows what I would have done OTB. :)
