3. "Then hitting 2/1* reduces return shots".

Yes it does!

However, of the three plays 24/18 2/1* is the weakest. The key to the position is blue cannot afford to get hit at any cost!!! After the above, there are just too many good rolls; in fact 19 returns, just too many shots for us to attempt to run on this turn. I would rather make the 4pt here and hope she doesn't roll anything remotely good; like hitting us on the ace, making the bar or threaten's to hit us with a spare on the 6. I suspect that making the ace is best. Firstly, there are only 2 returns (33 & 44 excluded for all plays), she'll dance 16 in 36 and those 2 "Low Street" blots (double-edged mind you) look pretty darn tasty!.

The strategy is clear! Keep white off-balanced for as long as we can and hope she is never able to button-up on Low Street.

"High Street" = Mid to 18pt

"Low Street" = 12 to Bar

"4th Street" = Homeboard (for us), "1st Street" (for oppon)
