How to play a 43 after a turned cube here?

I honestly think there's only one way to play 43 here and that's keeping the blot count down while hitting two, 10/7*/3*.
OTB I cubed this and my opponent passed, I knew I'd stolen a point not even being sure at the time if it was a cube but knew at worst it was a 'scare cube'. I think this is a must take with the strength of White's board always threatening one joker to go from dog to too good. Another reason it's a take is that blue's position may be more 'fragile' to play out than White's.
There are many immediate rolls that I'm not 100% how to play and that I could see some ppl whimping out on and knowing they'd be big errors not hitting two. Look at all the possible rolls, you'll see what I mean.
