1.) Probably we're meant to play bold since she has no development yet, but I don't see anything that doesn't feel TOO bold (as in too many blots) so I'll say 8/2 6/2. Nothing wrong with a 4-point board.

2.) I think our back checkers are where we want them (unless we could anchor) so I'd say 6/2 13/11.

3.) This is the type of situation that destroys my PR. I'm still trying to figure these out, but it certainly looks like a double/take to me. Blue is threatening all kinds of mayhem so there's the double, but White still has reasonable chances to anchor and so have a lot of game left. At this point I wouldn't be surprised to learn I'm exactly right or dead wrong.
