I forgot to mention that one can sometimes resort to numerals. For example, if U (Up) didn't exist for bar/21, you could use numeral "1" for 21pt (because it is not possible to play to the 1pt or 11pt).
21$-65R-43C-21H-11
Numeral "2" technically means bar/24 5/2, but nobody would play that dozen-whopper, and Blue can't play to the 12pt, so assumptively "2" works great for the 22pt. By 6pt convention, the ace then goes to the 5pt. Thus, "2" is a fine solution for bar/22 6/5.
Numeral "3" technically means bar/24 6/3, though that's a horrible move as well. And playing to the 13pt isn't possible. Thus, I would feel comfortable using 3 for 23pt, so that the play is bar/23 8/7(2) by 6pt convention. It is unnecessary, though, as B is an easy, bulletproof letter.
Along similar lines, for bar/24 8/7(2) 6/5, one could use either "4" (24pt) or better yet "5" (5pt). However, F works in the same way as 5 for that play and it has the advantage of being a letter.
Formerly, I had suggested this nacbrac for Miran's 21$-65R-43C-21H-11 rollout:
[f U2 B22 F24 s30 V34 Y37] <20*10*5
Substituting in "2" for the italic f and no other substitution yields
[2 U2 B22 F24 s30 V34 Y37] <20*10*5
