21/16(3) 13/8(2) 6/1(2). Maybe a 16/11 thrown in as a bonus.
What? Drats.
Okay, my first thought here was 21/11 6/1(2). It's quite desirable to unstack the heavy point and put immediate teeth in our board vs. White's undeveloped position. The big drawback, of course, is all the shots it leaves.
I don't care for the Midpoint Iconoclast play (21/11 13/8(2)). It badly separates the forces, leaving three back checkers stranded. If White's rear checker survives, Blue will have the worst of it.
I finally decided on 21/16(2) 13/8(2). You could call this the Anchor Iconoclast play. It keeps Blue's position connected, threatens White's outfield blot, and bears down on White's back man with eleven checkers. White's undeveloped offense is not a big threat to the blots we leave behind. And the 16 point has some defensive value.
