I will address my opinion of what I would be willing to pay. The fee, to me, should be in the range of $50 to $75 per year. For that fee, I would expect the resumption of missing features from a popular existing site in addition to extra features:
1. Bot play
2. Automatic Match Resolution (AMR)
3. Private League / Private Tournament (Round Robin + Single-Elim + Double-Elim + Team Tournament) capability
4. Stats vs. specific players
5. Clocked matches
6. Enable / Disable: pip labeling and visible kibbitzer chat
7. Ability to end an unlimited match
8. Automated daily tournaments with an efficient registration procedure and automatic match reporting
9. Ability to save the entire match log when either play has disconnected
10. Propositions
11. GridGammon type graphics and interface with equivalent speed. That's a start and I do hope this comes to pass.
