Oh I could show you some where that isn't true and especially at score where G and BG losses don't matter :).
Here's a typical 532 backgame where the player is a clear fav for $$ and sometimes able to cube soon. XGR++ thinks all 3 plays are close, but undervalues the game somewhat. Likely if I did an XGR+ RO Blue's emg would be somewhat higher.
