Daily Quiz 1/13: GNU 4-ply evals

For number 3, my play was the safe 16/11 14/13, which is evaluated as a 0.7 error. I can't see how it can be so bad. The race is even, so getting hit is costly. My play escapes both back men and still has play against White's straggler.
