1. 7/2(2) 13/11 4/2. I won't risk 13/9 which would allow White to run with tempo. Clearing the midpoint is attractive but that gap on the five needs filling.

2. 18/10(2) is my favourite non-hitting play, but knocking White off my five point is too much to forego. 13/2*(2) for me, and I'll take my chances on clearing the 18 point later.

3. 16/9 gives up too much coverage; if White rolls 54 I'd prefer a man on the bar to an empty outfield. 24/17 gives extra coverage if White hops out, and if White hits on the ace I'll gladly take a shot his blot.
