I think we have to tread cautiously here; 24/18 or 11/5 looks too risky to me. The candidates I'd consider would be 24/23 13/8, 24/23 11/6, and 8/2. I would probably play 24/23 13/8 OTB. 11/6 looks too awkward and I don't like the blot that 8/2 creates.
