But give me two players with great skill difference and I will be happy to bet you that if they play 10 matches, and we only bet on those matches where the poorer player had a higher luck factor, I will be happy to bet that the better player wins more matches. However, again, the skill difference must be significant. How significant? That's a good question. I would take, for example, Stick, who averages under 2.5, against a 7.0 average player (which is still a fine Open Level player), even on those games where the 7.0 player has greater luck.

Did I understand you correctly:

You're saying that Stick will win most of the matches where he has negative luck against 7.0 player?!
