Horizon effect?

The way to arrive at cube decisions is to compare the current position with reference position. Unfortunately, this position is terra incognito for me, so all I can do is guess.
If blue is missed he has excellent chances going forward due to the race. And when hit, he still has good chances to enter and race around the board to victory. So, despite blue's horrible structure I think it's a take. Can White redouble? Maybe - any 4 5 or 7 hits and unless blue anchors white will blitz, hitting loose with abandon.
I guess the real question is whether blue still has a take after hit/dance. Except for jokers like 44 and 55, I think so. So I'll say that there aren't enough market losers to justify a double. ND/T
