The race is close enough that making the anchor and playing from it is not out of the question, and would be OK if the alternative was uncomfortable. Here, though, 8/4 is better balanced than 6/4, 13/11 adds a builder for the 5 point, and 24/24 keeps Kit's inner board covered. The anchor can come later.
