Vote: 20/18 10/6.
With all the time in the world, we can quickly dismiss 7/5 7/3 and 8/2 quickly (these give opponent many ways to hit and more ways to escape), and also 10/6 3/1 (for its 18 hitting responses and joker 33 and 66, despite many return shots on some hits).
That leaves 20/18 10/6 and 20/16 10/8.
In response, opponent will (1) hit, usually leaving indirect shots (2) break his board (3) move one outside checker, leaving direct shots (4) make his 5 point (5) safety both outfield checkers (6) hit and run or (7) run.
20/18 10/6 gives opponent 3 more rolls that hit, in exchange for which, by my count, it gives opponent 4 more rolls that leave a direct shot, 4 more rolls that break, and 11 fewer rolls that safety both outside checkers.
