Backgammon betting levels ?

Another good example of a high-stakes player (in poker, not in backgammon) is Andy Beal. Beal did temporarily give up playing poker when he lost $16 million in two days, but I gather that that was because of frustration, not because $16 million made any dent in his bank account. From what I can tell, the only reason Beal didn't play for higher stakes was that he couldn't find any takers.
