6-4 to play

Stick is right that this is a cube before the roll. Then assuming double and take (not saying it is a take), the play with the 64 would be relatively clear. 10/6 8/2* wins the most gammons, and should win close to the number of games as the quiet approach (15/11 15/9), so you'd attack.

With the cube on your side, it is more complicated. You will have a very good cube unless something very good happens for your opponent. Hitting on the 2 is overkill and gives too many good rolls. If you are not hitting, 5s are good for your opp, so you want to be able to hit when your opponent runs. If you play 15/11 15/9, a lot of the runners hit you, not good at all. The trick is that if you leave a blot on the 15, you need not fear hits with 3s very much, you can cube from the bar with many powerful return hits. With that in mind, either 15/5 or 15/11 10/4 becomes attractive, because you'd have a lot of hits on escaping 5s and in most cases would be able to cube.
