I would enter if it were instead a var. reduced tournament. In your system you can get the following behaviors:

i) Suppose a race cube is 1.0001 take. It should be taken in your tournament structure so that you get to play out the race. ii) Suppose that you have a choice between a compicated play and a simple play that is borderline theoretically. You should choose the simple play. iii) Suppose you have checkers on the ace two and three points and roll a 2-1. Playing 3/off is better than 2/0 1/0 even though they are obviously identical theoretically since the first play gives you an added chance for a non forced play on the next move. iv) Suppose there is an opening where from a RO you know the best play but you also know that XG++ or whatever the arbioter is disagrees. In a PR tournament you shuold play to match the bot even if you know it is not right. v) Suppose you are playing a race and have a cash that is optional since you have no chance of losing the market. You should not duoble, instead play a roll for the race (which you won't make an error on) and only double when you need to.

Are those strategies you want the rules to make correct?

I can give other examples of such things. I get a feeling that I might have said these things before. In contrast, in a VR tournament you always just make the move you think gives you the best chance to win the match vs. your particular human opponent.
