ok, for this roll, your back guys are stuck. so looking around the board 6/3 covering the 3 point looks nice and 14/11 gets out of direct shot range. between the remaining choices for 2 more 3s are either 11/5 (moving back in to direct shot range) and 13/10(2). the later play while giving up the mid (tho, you could consider the 10 as you new midpoint) makes a new blocking point for white's 6s. at present, white has a 2.5 point home board and you have 4. your back guys shouldn't really feel that constrained by potential contact, so i'd go with that play.
