XG bug?

That's a particularly unhelpful reply, Stick.
I find it surprising that XG can occasionally produce non-sensical results. I've spotted one or two. How many have I not spotted? Do I need to re-run every analysis to check for consistency?
I'd like to know under what conditions these anomalies occur. Seems like a reasonable question.
