Good quiz. Did you make this up, or did it actually come up in a match?

My take is that the mobility from escaping the runner is worth more than blocking with 13/7. Then I like 18/14 to bear a double shot on an escapee. (although hitting may not be correct if I get a shot).

The alternative seems to result in a crunched board for blue fairly quickly, while White has more timing before she cracks.

24/14 for me.
