With 12 checkers in the zone, a direct shot at another blot, a big race lead, and Blue's weak board, White must double for money and I would pass.

At 5a9a I still think it's a double but I might take as Blue. If the game turns around immediately, then Blue's recube vig is strong. White still has two checkers stuck on the ace point.
