I, too, think it's clear that 13/10 loses more gammons simply because as you said, more blots more shots more time to be spent on the bar versus a strong board. Maybe they both do win roughly the same amount of gammons, we'll see. If you take the two parts of the equation you feel strongly about now to come up with the correct play you need only answer does 13/10 win enough single games to make up for the extra gammons lost? (that's assuming it wins more games at all) Then you'll have your play.
