It sounds like you're arguing for 17/14, but I expected 13/10 to win more than enough games to compensate for the gammons.

In any case, I'm not yet convinced that this kind of cubeless calculation fully "explains" what's going on. When Blue wins, it will often be after the cube gets sent back; that is, a sizable number of the "single wins" actually net 4 points and effectively count as gammons, whereas many of the "single losses" are with the cube on 2.

If eXtreme Gammon reported actual statistics then we would be able to investigate these kinds of questions more easily.
