White needs 30% to take ATS and I'm not at all sure he wins this often so a clear redouble per the Woolsey rule. Blue has a lot of mkt losers: 14 numbers close the board and the 3 high doubles might do it as well. I don't think White has quite 30% here so I vote for R/close pass.
