More Length of Tourneys: Dinner Breaks

I don't mind short dinner breaks at some of the regular stops in airport hotels; however, some of the more 'destination' tournaments (in my mind) should give the longer dinner breaks so people can get out a bit, go to some nice restaurants, etc. Among the current tourneys, Santa Fe and NYC Metro certainly fall into that category for me.
