Were we to leave our blot on the 17pt, XG could hit with 7 rolls: 13 23 43 44. When we play 17/12 13/11, we cannot be hit at all. Plus we get to unstack the midpoint, and leave builders on 3 points that can be used to make a new outside point.

My vote: D (Down) = 17/12, 13/11
