66 for sure, as well as 44/miss, and presumably 33/miss, 65/miss, 64/miss. What about 63/miss?

4-4 is the only miss after 6-3. But wouldn't you play on Too Good?Also 4-5/miss? (and the rolls you mentioned).

For market losers, what about any 7/miss? Any 6/miss -- or would you still take?
