XG on Server

Yes it will be windows based but it is going to be server with multiple racks, consisting of 2 cpu per rack, i maybe want to buy multiple racks. Is it possible to run XG over all racks or just over 1? i want to get 4 or 8 (if this is possible). Getting 32 cores or 64 cores. Is that possible?
