position, race, threats all pretty neutral. I don't see the anything here.

2. RD/T

Favoured to cover but if blue doesn't and white can hit on the four then re-redouble/pass. White can still anchor although the timing sucks. I think this is a begrudging take.

3. 8/2(2)

candidate plays - make the 2 point, race 13/10 (3) 6/3, hit gently 4/1* 13/10(3), hit like a crazy bastard 4/1*, 8/4, or 13/11(2) or some other wild thing, rotate the blot to the 4 and leave 1-2-4-6

Making the 2 point or racing look like the smart money. White already has the cube so we cant cube him out next roll with either play so we are playing to the end.

Making the 2 point is prettier. If white rolls a 6 it degrades into a holding game where he can get a direct 6 shot but if he doesn't it is very gammonish for blue.
