"Three's a crowd" and since white is running out of 3's blue should play...I'll get to that in a moment. White needs a little gentle persuasion to part with her firmly bonded forward anchor. To do this, blue needs to take the right kind of risk; especially since this is DMP. His first goal is to break the barpt with minimum risk and allow white to play her 3's stripping her anchor in the process. His 2nd goal involves breaking the 8pt and force white to blot. There is a hidden gem here, that just might allow blue to have his cake and eat it! The race is of sorts precariously balanced and blue would love for white to have a fourth checker behind the prime.

...blue should play 7/1 5/1 just in case white throws a funky 61. A cup of tea with your cake?
