Is Blue's need to develop up front with 13/10 outweighed by the danger of getting hemmed back on the ace-point? Probably, so Blue needs to split with b/24 or b/22 24/23. The former tries for the better anchor, but invites an attack while White has a superior board. I'll opt for the latter play with no real confidence.
