1. bar/23 24/22 13/9*

I will get the first 2 right. I'd like to hit, I'd like to anchor, and I'd like to make a point in my home board. All I need is 7 - 2's.

I can do 2 out of 3 with bar/23 24/22 6/4(2) or bar/23 24/22 13/9, or I could advance my anchors to the 3 and 4 point.

With 2 anchors in the mid-game I think I'd rather stir up shit than consolidate but I have nothing in my bag that tells me which of the 3 is better or why.

I'd appreciate some good reasoning on this one.

2. 16/10(2) 13/7(2)

16/10(2) 13/7(2) - puts some crazy pressure on white. Needs a 4 right now and unless it's with a 2,3 or 4 (5 rolls) white is still probably wrong to hit. RD/P next roll.

3. bar/24* 8/3*

bar/24* 23/18 is almost automatic over the board. Which leads me to look at two in the air… bar/24* 8/3* seems like the best blitz although blitzing at Crawford doesn't generally seem like the smart money, white is certainly heading into a backgame with no fear of the gammon. Picking up the second man and shutting down the backgame might be the thing to do. The passive play of bar/20 9/8 doesn't seem wrong and is thematic but the other two options let blue control the tempo.
