You are right: my statement "So the RO of 41S-54R will use different dice than 41S-63R no matter if you use the same user seed for both RO." was incorrect, I had a brain crap.

if you roll the candidate move R in 41S-54 and 41S-63, you will indeed have the same seed as the initial position (resulting from 41S) is the same.

for 63S-11N and 43S-11N, the seed will be different as the initial position (resulting from 63S or 43S) is different even though the resulting position is the same.
