Thanks. I figured that if clocks were being used they would be included in the match format tab or at least the pdf file as they probably should be.

Another interesting note that I doubt will be strictly adhered to is:

Each player is allowed one 10-minute break per match

15 to 23 point matches and one 10 minute break per player!? Seems harsh. (even more so with the longer time controls of 2.5/15)
