It's nigh on impossible for a human to calculate these subtle differences OTB. If you really want to study this position you'll have to compare the dice distributions (cube actions )in XG for the next two sequences but as a simple example take the first two positions where the cube is centered and blue owns the cube.

Assume blue plays 16/10 6/5 in both and white rolls 33. It's worse for blue owning the cube because with the cube in the centre and Jacoby in effect it's double and pass for an equity of -1 whereas where blue owns the cube white plays on and the equity is -1.326.

That's just one easy to spot example. You would have to look at all the sequences to get the overall picture.
