With 3/1(2) keeping the anchor gets a few more hits next turn -- unless I've counted wrong. But 22/20 allows 6/4 instead of 6/2. That builder might be useful, to hit if White is hit and enters without escaping, or to hold Blue's position one more turn with rolls like 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1.
