I won a money game once after bearing off a couple of checkers before leaving two blots which were hit and closed out. My opponent bore off a few checkers and I won the race. He still had my 2-cube at the end of the game. So anything's possible, no?

But sure, before rolling 3-6, Blue hits a second checker with 11/36 rolls and wins some gammons, puts one or two checkers on the bar half the time, and is a favorite in the other half, even if he fans. White can't take. Shouldn't!

I'd play bar/16 for a shot from the bar if White rolls 6-6, 6-5 or 6-4. No six, game over (again).
