Yes, it is a 5pt board.

I see 2 options here:

1. Make 5 prime. While this is very lose, it has some merits. After this play 52 exposes a second blot in addition to other blotting numbers White already had without this play. Also, if hit, White may fail to roll escaping 6.

2. 7/3 22/17 is safest. Only 22 will hit from the bar.

Not sure if making a 5 pt prime justifies leaving 4 extra hitting numbers, but I would just play 7/3 22/17 thinking that there is a good chance I won't need the prime.
