As Daniel has says this play only matters when White rolls a 6, so presumably it may be better to be back on the 19 pt in that case.

Also, this is a short endgame and the two plays are very close so when you have a question like this, please do a longer and stronger RO. It can't take very long to RO this out 5k times using 4 ply or even XGR+.

OTB I'd play bar/16 and pick up my dice.
