It would be ironic if Paul was #32, wouldn't it?

It is looking like the announcement will be next month, but don't hold me to that. We are verifying the list of ballots themselves, but I haven't seen a list of the 32 yet, and the days when I could predict the top ten just from having looked at the ballots are past. Too many voters (new record this year) and less consensus.

I could probably make a good stab at who made the top ten, just not in order. But I won't.
