With Blue having only 8 checkers in the zone and leading 6a7a, this must be a take despite White's lack of forward development. I think it's the double that's in question. At an even score or against someone who might drop, I would double for sure. Here I'm not sure what the technically correct decision is but I usually don't mind making small doubling errors in positions like this one, so I would probably double in any case.
