Suggest that he gets a decent stylesheet with @media print in it designed for his site and creates a standard format for articles with positions and rollout results in them.

Such good content in the GammonVillage magazine, but the presentation and the many unimplemented things that could make it great, simply shows how sloppy you can allow yourself to get when you are the sole provider of something.
