New rules for exhibition match

It is always good to experiment. But I think with these time controls, there might be a lot of slow play, taking close to 30 secs for easy plays.

These time controls are good for people who can do pip-counts quickly, or keep a running count!

In any case, good luck both and I am looking forward to seeing a good match!
