He probably only gave up that much equity in 1 trial out of all of those. If you've played out the position you will know the PR means very little in terms of the actual equity given up. For example, if you misplay the first roll making a small error and then your opponent enters and you are forced to cash you have only 1 decision to weigh against your PR.
